This half day workshop will provdie a step by step guide to finding a great idea, to testing whether your idea can become a business, to securing finance, promoting your services/products and making sure you turn a profit after all your hard work. The workshop will also explore how to overcome the most common obstacles you are likely to encounter in starting up.
Scaling the Business
This half day workshop examines how to deal with the opportunities for growth and the many challenges in moving from a one-person business to a larger operation that outsources functions and hires staff. You will learn not to be discouraged and to reap the benefits of proven methods for growing your business.
